100-Day Norvale Happiness Guarantee

If you're not happy with your order, we'll make it right. You have 100 days from the day your order is delivered to contact us.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or we sent you the wrong item, contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll replace it or refund you.

Returns

Items can be returned within 100 days of delivery in their original condition for a refund. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you return instructions. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

How to start a return or replacement

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving your return or confirming the issue.

Gift cards

Gift cards are not returnable.

If you live in the EU, you also have the rights that the law gives you.
